- Discussion and Vote on Resolution Approving the Study and Recommendations Required by Section 619 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( see Volcker Rule). The recommendations were unanimously approved.
- Discussion and Vote on Resolution Approving the Study and Recommendations Required by Section 622 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (see Concentration Limit). The recommendations were unanimously approved.
- Resolution approving the publication of a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding designations of nonbank financial companies. The recommendations were unanimously approved, and entered the Federal Register on Wednesday, January 26, 2011.
- Resolution approving the minutes of the November 23, 2010 meeting.
