The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) held a public meeting on Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. to consider the issuance of proposed rulemakings under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act on the following topics:[1]

In addition to these proposed rules, the Commission considered the issuance of an interim final rule for reporting certain post-enactment swap transactions.
